HISTORY

• In 1982, a business oriented collection service agreement was created that proposed commercial collection attorneys to collect, short time frames for each collection activity, and attorney/client communications requirements for speed and content. Our concept was immediately accepted by the businesses we approached and those businesses, with our support and management agency services, made the NETWORK. Businesses who use our NETWORK experience very significant improvements on dollars collected, communications and reduction of costs.

EXPERIENCE

• Our clients have been very small sized to Fortune 500 companies and we've helped effect collection locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. They come from a wide variety of industries including manufacturing/distributing, financial services, construction and professional/non-professional business services. The collection problems range from simple cash flow problems to the ones that are highly disputed. In litigation, we have worked extensively to support all types of arbitration, lower and higher state courts, as well as appellate, federal and supreme court collection efforts. Over the years, we have developed collectability and communications standards for problem accounts, attorneys efforts and for client company policies.
